Sneaky Behavior

Hi, I’m Amy Rasquin.

I know your struggle, and I’m here to help.

Nine years ago, I was trapped in a toxic and unsustainable cycle.

I believed that the only way to shed those extra pounds was to spend countless hours in the gym, avoid all my favorite foods, and eat as little as possible.

I would limit my carbs, survive on bland chicken and broccoli, and fear social events, especially during the holidays.

This hazardous cycle wreaked havoc on my physical and mental health.

I totally cut all the foods I loved during these cycles until the inevitable moment of weakness would come…

And I would give in.

Emotional eating and self-criticism would follow, leading to an endless loop of frustration and self-doubt. This never-ending cycle over and over left me exhausted, stressed, and miserable.

I felt like I was on a never-ending weight loss, weight gain cycle that left me not even liking myself anymore.

Luckily my story does not end there.

I discovered a better way…a more sustainable path to lasting weight loss that didn’t involve endless hours at the gym or eliminating the foods I love!
